With your Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Iberia Plus Platino card, for ever, as well as other exclusive advantages just for you.

The Avios you earn will never expire so long as you are an Infinita Prime customer.

The Iberia Plus Infinita Prime Service Centre will be at your disposal 24/7, providing tailored assistance with everything related to your Iberia flights and Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card.

Iberia Plus gives you 8 Avios for every euro you spend on your trips (the net amount, excluding taxes and fees).

This applies to all flights that qualify for accumulating Elite Points in the Iberia Group, British Airways, Finnair* and American Airlines. It also applies to certain Vueling flights.

*The bonus on Finnair flights is 20% extra Avios.

You can give two Iberia Plus Oro cards to whoever you want. The people you choose will automatically become Iberia Plus Oro cardholders for a year, with all the associated benefits.

Conditions:

• Available for all Infinita Prime customers. This benefit cannot be accumulated with others that exist for awarding guest cards due to activity in the programme, meaning that the maximum number of gift Oro cards is 2.

• The beneficiary of the Oro card must be an Iberia Plus cardholder and a beneficiary of the Infinita Prime customer.

• The Infinita Prime cardholder can only lodge a request for Oro card beneficiaries once and cannot change them until the validity period has expired. Except if the Infinita Prime customer states otherwise, the current beneficiaries will automatically be renewed at the end of the current Iberia Plus year.

You can ask for up to four free upgrades each year from any booking class in obtaining Avios

Conditions:

• Must be booked within 12 months from the date of assignment (from 1 January to 31 December of the current year).

• Available for flights operated and marketed by Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum.

• Free upgrades are subject to space availability and do not allow waiting lists.

• For original tickets in classes Y, B, H or W, you must seek the upgrade between when you make the booking and through to 24 hours before your flights departs. For other eligible tickets, upgrades can be sought between 45 days and 24 hours before your flight departs.

• The four free upgrades can be used exclusively by the Infinita Prime cardholder or can be transferred to other passengers so long as they are travelling on the same booking as the cardholder. This benefit can be used as many times as you like up to a maximum of 4 upgrades per year.

• Cancellations:

  If you cancel a flight within 24 hours of its scheduled departure time, the upgrade will not be reimbursed and will be considered to have been used.

We give you the possibility of using your Avios to book flights once a year for a maximum of up to 4 passengers on flights without the availability of Avios reward seats and at the standard price of the use tables in force.

Conditions:

• Must be used within 12 months from the date of assignment (from 1 January to 31 December of the current year).

• Can only be booked once for a maximum of up to four people including the Infinita Prime cardholder.

• This benefit is not transferable. The Infinita Prime customer must be one of the passengers with up to 3 companions who must compulsorily travel on the same flight.

• Available on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum.

• May be used in Business and Tourist class so long as the flight has enough seats available for sale in the chosen cabin (overbooking not permitted).

• The Avios price to deduct from the customer's account will be as established on the basic table for the route and cabin selected by the total passengers up to a maximum of 4. If the selected cabin is tourist, the Tourist Completa Class (T) price will be charged. Discounts on this price will not apply even if there are offers available for the chosen route and cabin.

• Application period:

  From 6 months through to 14 days before your flight departs.

Whenever you book a full-fare flight and identify yourself as an Iberia Plus Infinita Prime customer, we will carry out all the steps involved on flights that are full to guarantee you a seat in Full Economy class up to 24 hours before the flight. If for some reason this booking could not be made, you will be offered a priority place on the Business waiting list or the alternative that best meets your requirements.

*Valid for flights with the IB code and operated by Grupo Iberia with an elegible rate to obtain Avios and Elite Points.

Your Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card allows you to check your baggage at any of the exclusively Business counters, regardless of the class you have booked.

Valid for flights operated and marketed by a oneworld member airline (marketed means the flight number of the oneworld member airline should appear on the ticket).

When you reserve your tickets in Grupo Iberia airlines (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional\Air Nostrum) or in the oneworld alliance or at check-in.

As an Iberia Plus Infinita Prime cardholder, if your previous flight is over 4 hours long, you will be able to enjoy an exclusive area at your arrival at Terminal 4 of the Madrid-Barajas airport, with up to 4 guests who have travelled with you on your same flight.

Your Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card gives you free access to any of the VIP Lounges offered by Iberia worldwide if your flight is operated by Grupo Iberia, with the possibility to invite up to 4 companions. Your children (and also your guests) can enjoy this advantage only when they have travelled on your same flight** .

Your guests can have access if your flight meets the same conditions and/or you have a boarding card of a oneworld airline for that day.

In all those flights comercialised by Iberia and operated by other companies you still preserve the right of acceding with one guest.
Any of your guests will have access only when their flight preserves the same conditions and have a boarding pass of any of the oneworld flights operated during that day.

Besides, you and your guest will be able to use the Iberia VIP lounges when you travel on flights operated and sold by Vueling (at the airports of Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Paris-Orly, and the lounges managed by AENA at the following airports in Spain: A Coruña, Alicante, Bilbao, Ibiza, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, Tenerife and Valencia). In this case, your companion must fly on the same flight as you.

Also, when you travel on a flight of any oneworld member airline, you and your companion will have nearly 650 VIP Lounges (First and Business Class) available to you around the world.

As an Iberia Plus Infinita Prime customer, you have access to the American Airlines and British Airways arrival VIP Lounges at London Heathrow flying with British Airways and American Airlines on flights from the US, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

*A flight is considered oneworld when the operating and marketing company are members of the alliance (excluding Grupo Iberia).

We offer you the possibility of buying a seat in Business or Economy on Iberia flights (classes I/V) and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum (class I/S) if the number of seats that can be charged to Avios has been filled. You will have to pay double the number of Avios that this leg in the chosen class would cost you.

With your Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card you are eligible for automatic credit of up to 22,500 Avios so you can enjoy any service in the Programme whenever you want and without having to worry about the balance of your personal account.

The maximum negative balance you can have in your personal account is -22,500 Avios.

You will be exempt from surcharges for credit card payment for all the tickets you purchase in Iberia.com and the Service Centre. And you will not pay for processing costs for the issue, changes and refunds in commercial tickets and tickets charged to Avios in your Service Centre.

Iberia Infinita Prime customers (oneworld Emerald) benefit from extra baggage allowance when they travel on flights operated by any of the companies in the oneworld Alliance*. Our Infinita Prime customers can check one additional piece of baggage for free, regardless of the class flown.

*The oneworld airlines reserve the right to restrict any benefits they deem appropriate in any of their fares.

On flights operated by the Iberia Group, you can also benefit from extra weight of up to 32 kg per suitcase.

As an Iberia Plus Infinita Prime member, all sports equipment and musical instruments are included in your baggage allowance for all flights operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Regional Air Nostum and Iberia Express) at no additional cost, provided that you do not exceed the allowance.

Your Iberia Plus Infinita Prime Card lets you enjoy a special and exclusive limousine service for transfers between the airport and the cities of Barcelona, Madrid, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo, so long as you travel with a full Business Class fare on intercontinental flights operated by Iberia* (including trips with the flight charged to Avios).

In Spain, this service can be requested from your Infinita Prime Service Centre (tickets for obtaining and using points). Outside of Spain, for tickets using Avios, call your Iberia Plus Service Centre and, for full fare tickets, see your Iberia Office or travel agent. Requests for this service should be made at least 72 hours before flight departure or arrival. (Service subject to availability).

As a holder of the Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card we offer this exclusive service (in airports where it is available) to you and up to 4 companions, when you travel on flights operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum) and/marketed by Iberia.

You will also be able to use the Fast Track service in Madrid or Barcelona if you travel on flights operated and marketed by Vueling or oneworld* flights. In this case, your guests will have to be flying on your same flight. In addition, when your flight is operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum), you will be able to access with companions under the age of 18 travelling with you. This service is subject to the operating restrictions in each airport.

As an Emerald customer, when you travel on oneworld companies, your Fast Track access is expanded in certain airports and terminals.

*A flight is considered oneworld when the marketing company and operator are members of the Alliance, including the Iberia Group.

Your Iberia Plus Infinita Prime card allows you to access the Preferential Care Points, doing away with waits and making all your procedures easier: ticket purchases, connecting flights and baggage information.

These counters are located in the Iberia Sales Offices in cities and airports in Spain and abroad, as well as in the arrivals lounges of Madrid and Barcelona airports.
